Carole's orange salmon marinade
The trick with this one, is to carefully follow the instructions. Notice the marinade is split in two and used at the beginning of baking the salmon and partway into it. Sweet, tangy and salty all at the same time. Yum!
Ingredients:
- 2 tablespoons frozen orange juice.
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce.
- 2 teaspoons honey.
Instructions:
- Mix all ingredients together.
- Place 1/2 of the mixture over salmon filets.
- Bake for 7 minutes.
- Place other 1/2 of mixture over salmon filets.
- Bake until done.
- Pour over salmon after it is baked.
