Carole's Pineapple chicken (version française, cliquer ici)
Ingredients:
- 2 eggs.
- 1/2 cup cold water.
- 1 cup flour.
- 1/4 teaspoon baking powder.
- 1/2 teaspoon salt.
- 1/2 chicken breast per person.
Instructions:
- Mix all ingredients to make the batter.
- Cut chicken breasts in pieces.
- Cover chicken with batter.
- Fry in vegetable oil until golden, turning the pieces once in a while.
- Add a jar of VH pineapple sauce is desired.
