Mom's spare ribs
My mother usually served these with the full home made chinese food production such as egg rolls, pineapple chicken, chow mein and such. But these are good on their own. If you don't have time for a huge production, you can serve these on their own, which makes it ideal for a weekday meal. Last time I tried this, I served the ribs with rice and vegees. Simple enough?
